About the site

Such applications are often designed for large companies and can be too expensive for small and less affluent businesses. However, small businesses also create value and provide employment.

The goal of the project is to support small businesses in effective management without incurring high costs.

Designed with privacy in mind

The application does not require registration or login.

The saved data from the calculator and employee list is stored solely in the user's browser and does not go to any servers. In this respect, the application resembles classic computer programs that operated locally without the need for cloud services.

The user can copy the link to the calculation (both one that allows editing and one for read-only access) and save the data in their browser. Data from the browser can be managed in the "Employee List" section, where export, import, and clearing options are available.

In the shareable URL, parameters are compressed and displayed with a # prefix, allowing the user to ensure that the server does not have access to them. These parameters contain all the data entered into the calculator (encoded to make the URL shorter).

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the tool remain free?

Yes! We do not offer paid plans and do not intend to introduce them. In the future, the tool will be monetized through advertising, but we will not limit its functionality.

Are there any limits?

The application itself does not have limits on the number of employees, calculations, or saved data. We only limit the number of days between the start date and end date in each individual calculation (maximum 500 days).

However, it is important to consider the limitations of your browser and hardware. The more data there is, the worse the application's performance may be.

Why are the sharing links so long?

The links contain all the data entered into the calculator. Thanks to compression, the links contain complete data but remain relatively short and shareable.

With this approach, we do not need to save them on the server, and the application can be available for free while potentially offering better privacy.

How to transfer data to a spreadsheet?

Spreadsheet applications usually allow pasting tables. The easiest way is to copy the table from the calculator results or the employee list and then paste it into the spreadsheet.

Can I suggest a change?

Yes! You can find more information in the Contact tab.
